Believe that you receive

Mark 11:24 KJV — Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Believe that you receive.

You.

Not just other people.

Not just anybody other than you.

Believe that you receive.

You are a receiver.

You.

You have to believe that you receive the things that you desire when you pray.

Believe that you receive.

Shut your eyes

Proverbs 16:30 KJV — He shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.

Shut your eyes. Shut out the external inputs. See what lives in your inside.

And then open your mouth to say what you see.

Death is never the end

Romans 4:17 KJV — (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Opportunities. Loved ones. Hopes. Dreams. Situations. Promotions. Breakthroughs. Promises. Relationships. Ideas. Innovations. Positions. Status. Health. Finances.

Death in any area of life is never the end.

Death is simply the platform for a resurrection.

The areas of death are the opportunities for you to experience God’s resurrection power that is working in you.

So rejoice. Death has no sting and death is never the end.

Just because they said it

Proverbs 14:15 KJV — The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.

…doesn’t mean you should just believe it.

Consider what’s been said. Examine it through the light of the Word of God. Ask the Holy Spirit for revelation about what you’ve heard.

Weigh each word, don’t just welcome them.

Desire is not enough

Proverbs 13:4 KJV — The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.

Desire is important, but it isn’t enough.

Diligence is required.

How much?

Whatever is required to receive what you desire.

Speak the truth

Proverbs 12:17 KJV — He that speaketh truth sheweth forth righteousness: but a false witness deceit.

When you speak the truth, you show God’s way of doing things.

When you speak anything else, you are a false witness and a manifestation of deceit.

Your testimony as a witness is measured by whether or not it’s based on the truth (ie the word of God) or not.

Speak the truth.

You (shall) flourish

Proverbs 11:28 KJV — He that trusteth in his riches shall fall: but the righteous shall flourish as a branch.

You are righteous because of the finished work of Jesus.

And because you are: you shall flourish.

Even better, you do flourish.

Because you’re connected to the vine.

Who’s talking?

Proverbs 9:4 KJV — Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither: as for him that wanteth understanding, she saith to him,

Here, it’s Wisdom talking.

She’s saying the same thing that the foolish woman will say at the end of Proverbs 9.

Wisdom says the same thing, but also does things that the foolish woman doesn’t do.

Before you respond to what’s said, look at who’s talking.

It matters a lot.

Wisdom came first

Proverbs 8:22 KJV — The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.

Before anything was made, Wisdom was present.

God didn’t just open His mouth and speak things into being.

He thought about it. He used Wisdom. He saw the end from the being. He made a plan.

God’s not just leading you. He’s not winging it or improvising.

God’s Wisdom has got you covered.
