Mark 1:17 KJV — And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

Jesus first, and then you.

That’s what it means to go after Him.

And the result?

He will make you into what He created you to be.

Proverbs 7:25 KJV — Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.

This woman has paths, plural. She has multiple points of engagement with her prospect, that all lead to death.

Don’t engage with her on any of her platforms.

Don’t head down any of the paths affiliated with her.

There are other paths, and ones that lead to what you actually want and need.

Let the Lord lead you in them.

Isaiah 26:3 KJV — Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Your imagination.

It’s receiving broadcasts and images all the time.

Keep your imagination tuned to the frequency of the Word of God.

See His reality as your reality.

Imagine the things you read in the Word happening to you right now.

Visualise them. Make a movie out of them where you are seeing yourself as the main character. See the movie in first person and also as if you’re watching it happen.

That’s how you conceive things in your heart that you birth in your life.

Keep your imagination tuned to the Lord.

1 Kings 19:18 KJV — Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.

Elijah thought he was the only prophet left, the last man standing, and he was completely wrong.

He was 7,000 times wrong in his assessment of the situation he was experiencing.

The Bible says that Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are (James 5:17).

Elijah stopped there being rain on the earth for three years and six months.

Elijah called down fire from heaven.

Elijah was a mighty prophet of God, moving in demonstrable power under the Old Covenant.

And he was completely wrong about being ‘the only one left’.

This is great news.

Because when you feel discouraged and your emotions are telling you about how hopeless the situation is…rejoice.

Rejoice because you know that that message of doom and gloom could be 7,000 times wrong.

You actually are at least 7,000 times more prosperous, successful and advantaged than you feel right now.

So if a mighty prophet of God can be 7,000 times wrong in his doom-and-gloom assessment…it’s possible you could be as well.

Proverbs 4:27 KJV — Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.

When God shows you something, lock into it and refuse to be distracted from it.

Keep straight ahead.

Don’t deviate from what the Lord has revealed to you.

Proverbs 3:8 KJV — It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

Your relationship with the Lord is good for your bones.

In the Old testament this was based on fear. In the new testament this is based on love.

Not your love for God, but God’s love for you.

Perfect love casts out all fear.

And God’s love for you is good for your bones.

Proverbs 2:9 KJV — Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

Then. At that time. In that case. With those things being so.

Then.

When you have received the word, hidden in your heart, cried out for knowledge and understanding, and scoured the earth for them as silver or hidden treasures…then.

This isn’t about God being a puppet master.  This is just how things actually work.

There’s a process. And God is leading you through it, step by steo.

Psalm 97:5 KJV — The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord.

You are His dwelling place, the location of His presence in the earth.

The hills melt around you.

Proverbs 31:2 KJV — What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? and what, the son of my vows?

3-2-1.

This is a countdown, a going backwards, a reverse engineering moment.

A movement from son to womb to vows.

The order of events matters.

You didn’t get here by yourself, and there’s more to the story than just you.

Hebrews 1:3 KJV — Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

It doesn’t say “the power of His word”.

Scripture says that Jesus upholds all things by the word of His power.

Before we talk about the word, we see that there is power.

The word has power because it is Jesus’ expression of His power.

Before God says a word, He is and He has power.
