Look not

Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. – Proverbs 23:31

Run. Jump. Duck. Dive. Sit. Stretch. Bend. Scratch. Slap. Smile. Frown. Laugh. Cry. Wink. Shout. Whisper. Nod. Kick. Look up. Look down. Look not.

“Look not” is just another simple action that you can decide to do right now with whatever is being presented to you.

And as with any action, the more you practice it, the better you’ll become at it.
