1 Corinthians 2:12 KJV — Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
You have received.
Have. Past tense.
That’s our posture in the new covenant regarding everything.
You’re not trying to receive: you have received.
That’s the reality of your spirit that your body and soul are seeking to experience.
You have received.
