And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. – Galatians 6:9
Keep sowing.
Keep doing the right thing.
Keep showing up.
To the page.
To the gym.
To your marriage.
To the field or your dreams.
Keep going.
Even when you feel weary.
Because you know up front that you are going to feel weary.
Feel the tired but do the work anyway.
Feel the weariness but show up anyway.
And keep showing up.
Like the sun.
Like the moon.
Like gravity.
Constant.
Unchangeable.
Dependable.
Beyond persistence, being always present.
Inevitable.
Keep showing up.
Keep sowing.
Because as you keep sowing, you are moving closer to the point when you will keep reaping.
Receiving.
Receiving a multiplied return on the inordinate investment that you put in.
Pressed down, shaken together and running over.
You’ll keep reaping with the same persistence and constancy with which you kept sowing and keep sowing, even in the face of continuous reaping.
Don’t stop reaping.
Don’t stop sowing.
Keep sowing…and keep reaping.
That’s the continuous life you’ve been called to.
