And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you? – Joshua 18:3
Just take it.
Without fanfare, debate or deliberation, just take the things that have been given to you.
Those ideas and opportunities that you’ve got…take them. Take advantage of them. Make the most of them. Take them and run with them.
Take your gifts and offer them to the world.
Take the time you’ve got and intentionally spend it on something that resonates with who you are.
Take the time to invest in expressing who God created you to be…especially if that’s not who people want you to be.
Take what you’ve been given and do something with it.
Don’t be slack.
Maybe the problem isn’t in you needing to be given any more time, money, energy, gifting, opportunities, support etc.
Maybe you just need to practice doing more taking.
Take what you’ve already got and do something with it.
Take it. I mean, really take it.
Take it where there’s no hiding it.
Take the whole cake out of the fridge, instead of just nibbling at it, one crumb at a time.
Take it with intention, take it with boldness, take it with hubris, take it without apology.
God’s given you the land.
Now, go take possession of it.
