Phone, wallet, keys

Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth. – 2 Peter 1:12

Phone, wallet, keys.

Three essential things to make sure you’ve got before you head out the front door.

But more important than the things we take with us, are the truths that we neglect to keep in our consciousness.

Truths like:

I am a spirit, I have a soul, and I live in a body.

Death and life are in the power of my tongue.

I can have whatever I say.

My life is heading in the direction of my dominant thoughts.

By His stripes, I was healed.

Jesus became poor so that I, through His poverty, might be rich.

God isn’t angry with me.

God loves me and delights in me.

You don’t need to understand these truths in order to benefit from them…just as you don’t need to understand how your phone, wifi, Visa card or house keys work in order to use them.

You just need to have them on you so you can use them.

It’s the same with the truths found in the Word of God.

Keep them on your person. Keep them in your mind. Keep them in your mouth.

Don’t leave home without them.
