For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. – Matthew 9:21
According to Jesus, the key to the miracle for the woman with “the issue of blood” was her faith.
So what did her faith look like?
Here are a few clues.
She’d been sick, dealing with this issue, for over a decade.
She knew about Jesus.
She believed that He was able to heal her.
She had decided to violate the Levitical laws concerning uncleanness in order to touch Jesus.
She was good at talking to herself.
She kept saying within herself:
If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
Over and over and over again.
All while taking actions in line with what she believed.
So once you’ve determined something from the Word, keep telling yourself what you believe.
And while you do that, take actions in line with what you believe.
