Quietness and confidence. The two go together, along with “returning and rest”.
The real problem is all the noise, chatter and clutter that’s in your head right now.
What’s holding you back is all the voices, opinions, fear, replays of past failures and negativity that have somehow snuck in and squatted in your mind.
So the real battle is to get really quiet and still so you can hear the still small Voice inside you.
That Voice knows exactly what you should do right now, with all that’s happened since the last time you didn’t listen.
Don’t worry. Rest, be still, allow the inside to be quiet…And you’ll hear what you need to do.
