They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. – Lamentations 3:23
God is rich in mercy (Ephesians 2:4)…and His mercies are new every morning.
Before the cockrel crows or birdsong trickles through your window to let you know that you’ve been blessed with the gift of another day…God’s new mercies are already there waiting for you to get up.
The mornings have been given over to God expressing who He is. His nature is reflected in His schedule.
So as a child of God, copy His example and use your schedule to express who you really are in Christ:
- Fearless
- Forgiven
- Accepted
- Protected
- More than a conqueror
- Joyful
- One who has the mind of Christ
- Uniquely talented and gifted
- Dwelling place of the Holy Spirit
- Bold as a lion
Regardless of how you feel, the Word is the mirror that shows you who you really are.
Your job is to make sure that what you see in the Word is reflected in your schedule.
