Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD shines over you. – Isaiah 60:1
You’re not afraid of failure. You’re afraid of being brilliant, because you know that the moment everyone sees who really are…everything will change.
And it will change in a way that is unpredictable, uncontainable, and bring with it terrifying implications for your everyone and everything connected to you.
That’s the fear that holds you back, saying it’s protecting you from the embarrassment or heartache of failure.
It isn’t.
That fear is protecting itself from being exposed to the light of your brilliance…the light you were born to shine.
So get up. It’s time for you to shine, and let the world deal with the brilliance (and burden) of seeing who God created you to be.
