Prisoner of Christ

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that you walk worthy of the vocation with which you are called, – Ephesians 4:1

Prisoner.

a person who is or feels confined or trapped by a situation or set of circumstances.

That’s what you are. Only, your imprisonment is in Christ and of Christ.

Your life is not your own. Your schedule is dictated by the head of the Prison (Christ). Your movements are restricted by the boundaries of your confinement.

You are a prisoner of the Lord.

Knowing this and surrendering to this Reality is the first step to freedom from the concerns, cares and snares of others.

Your freedom and abundant life is found within your imprisonment within Christ.
