Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. – Proverbs 6:6-8
The “secrets of success” are usually found within very basic and simple things.
Go to bed early and sleep for at least 7 hours each night.
Tie your shoelaces properly.
Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.
Write, write, write, write, write, write, write…
Read your Bible; pray every day.
Sing for 10 minutes.
Plan each day the night before.
Gather food in the Summer so you’ve got provision in the Winter.
Dip seven times in the River Jordan, Naaman.
These are very simple things to do. However, what is simple to do is also simple not to do.
The “secret of success” is hidden within the consistency of the simple things.
