In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury. – Proverbs 14:23
If you are willing to labour in the field of your ideas, you will extract a profit.
That’s a principle revealed in this Proverb.
In fact, if you are willing to labour in the field of anything, then you will find a profit.
Wisdom is required, so that your efforts are in harmony with the nature of the field you’re in…because doing 1,000 pushups on a patch of land isn’t going to help you grow an acre of corn.
But if you’ll show up to labour in the field of your dreams, and faint not (Galatians 6:9), you will reap a profit.
