He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. – Psalm 91:4
Imagine enjoying a nice meal at an expensive restaurant, and then discovering that you left your wallet at home as the waiter presents you with the bill.
And then in the middle of panicking and fretting, you open up the leather holder to see how much you owe, you discover 3 words stamped in red across the invoice.
Paid in full.
How would you feel in that moment?
And if you had known this ahead of going to the restaurant, would you have ordered differently?
Psalm 91:4 is a reminder that whatever is going on around you or within you, God has got you covered.
You.
God is covering you.
You are not naked, exposed and vulnerable, even though you may feel like that.
God is covering you with His feathers.
He’s got you under His wings.
You’re safe and secure and shielded.
This is your reality in the invisible realm of your Spirit.
Your Spirit – the real you – is covered by God.
Knowing this, your part is to simply convince your Soul (Mind+Will+Emotions) of this reality so that it is in agreement with your Spirit…causing your Body to manifest this Spiritual reality in a tangible form.
You are covered by God.
You are covered by God.
