{"id":5841,"date":"2026-05-29T08:01:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T07:01:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/savedali.com\/?p=5841"},"modified":"2026-05-29T08:01:11","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T07:01:11","slug":"word-painting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/savedali.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/29\/word-painting\/","title":{"rendered":"Word painting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proverbs 29:18 KJV \u2014 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The verse doesn&#8217;t contrast &#8220;no vision&#8221; with &#8220;having a vision&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It contrasts &#8220;no vision&#8221; against &#8220;keeping the law&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or, under the new covenant, keeping the Word of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From God&#8217;s perspective, the word of God is the vision we&#8217;re to have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where there is no vision, image or picture of God&#8217;s perspective, the people perish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus, the Word of God, was given as a sacrifice so that we might not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Word of God keeps you from perishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the Word to paint a picture in your mind, will and emotions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proverbs 29:18 KJV \u2014 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
