And it feels good to make people feel good.<\/p>\n<p>But it becomes a problem when you insist on keeping people smiling at the expense of telling them what they need to hear.<\/p>\n<p>You can speak the truth in love. You can respectfully decline the invitation. You can speak your mind and share your point of view. You can rebuke them and tell them off for doing the wrong thing.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t be afraid of their faces.
