And he said, <\/span><\/span>Come.<\/span> <\/span>And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.<\/span> – Matthew 14:29<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

When Peter stepped out of the ship to walk to Jesus, he wasn’t walking on water.<\/p>\n

He was walking on the Word that he’d asked Jesus to give him.<\/p>\n

Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. (Mt 14:28)<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n

Once Peter had that word, he was able to mix it with faith by stepping out of the boat to come to Jesus. <\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n

And the consequence of that action was that he walked on the water to Jesus.<\/p>\n

But when he allowed fear into the faith+word mix, the result was that he began to sink.<\/p>\n

Remember, it isn’t about the wind, or the waves or the weather.<\/p>\n

It’s about the Word you’ve received, and the faith actions you combine it with.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
