Use your gift

Proverbs 18:16 KJV — A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. Your gift will make room for you and bring you before great men. Your gift, not someone else’s. Use what you have and it will bring you what you need.

Battles and wars

Proverbs 17:9 KJV — He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends. The offence is the battle, but protecting your friendship is the war. See the bigger picture. Magnify what builds your friendship and not what tried to break it in the past.

God cares about what you do

Proverbs 16:3 KJV — Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established. You don’t have to do it alone. Commit your works to the Lord and your thoughts will be established. God cares about what you do, and He’s ready to help you.

Possess what’s yours

Numbers 13:30 KJV — And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. God has given it. Your job is to possess it. To forcibly take ownership. To occupy what He’s made available. Go get what’s yours.

Finding buried treasure

Proverbs 15:6 KJV — In the house of the righteous is much treasure: but in the revenues of the wicked is trouble. We have this treasure in earthen vessels. The treasure is inside you. Benefitting from this fact isn’t automatic. You’ve got to lay hold of it.
