My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
Proverbs 1:10
Sinners. To sin. To miss the mark. To miss oneself, lose oneself, to wander from the way.
Anytime you know what you should do, and you don’t do it, then to you, that is sin.
So when those who have wandered from the way that you are following try to entice you to abandon it…don’t consent.
You have permission to say “No” to anyone trying to rob you of the goals you have said “Yes” to.
