Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; – Psalm 46:2
The reason for our boldness is because of one word: therefore.
Boldness is not the absence of fear, but the presence of facts that subsume that fear.
God is with us. He’s a very present help in trouble.
His full presence and power is our dwelling place.
Therefore, we shall not fear.
Meditate on Who is with you, and what’s happening around you will shrink down to it’s proper proportions.
