You can’t be tempted with what you don’t think

And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. – Hebrews 11:15

You can’t be tempted with what you don’t think.

That’s the brilliant insight from Andrew.

Today, you have the amazing privilege of tending the garden of Eden that God has entrusted to you.

Your heart…mind, will and emotions.

There are things He wants to cultivate in your life that He has planted in your heart.

These things have enemies…weeds, pests, scavengers…that are also trying to take root in your heart to sabotage your harvest.

Your job?

To keep your mind focused on the things that need to live…and closing it off to everything else.

Defining the boundaries of your garden.

Thoughts, feelings, actions, habits, outcomes, destiny.

That’s the order.

It starts with what keep your mind full of.

Your mind will grow whatever you plant in it.

And when your mind is completely focused on where you want to go…you don’t have time for anything else.

Again:

You can’t be tempted with what you don’t think.
