And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves. – Daniel 10:7
There are things that you can see that nobody else can see.
There are things that you can hear that nobody else can hear.
And there are things that you can do that nobody else can do.
This is part of God’s design: what He has for you is only for you.
Daniel was with other people when he saw the vision, but he was the only one who saw it. Everyone else ran and hid themselves from the thing that Daniel was seeing.
The same thing happened with Paul on the road to Damascus and Jesus when His Father spoke to Him in front of a crowd. Jesus heard the voice of His Father but the people heard the sound of thunder (John 12:29)
Not everyone else can see what you can see.
When others run and hide from what you stay to look at…that’s a sign that you’re looking at something that God has set aside for you.
