As Moses descended from Mount Sinai–with the two tablets of the testimony in his hands as he descended the mountain–he did not realize that the skin of his face shone as a result of his speaking with the LORD. – Exodus 34:29
It’s one thing to be in the Presence of God, and quote another for the Presence of God to be in you.
That’s the fundamental difference between the Old and New Covenants.
God with us becoming God in us.
When Moses was in the Presence of God, his face shone without him realising. His outer appearance was transformed, simply by being in the Presence of God and having a conversation.
But as wonderful as this may seem, it is merely a shadow of our greater Reality, where God lives in us. The potent, infectious, transformational nature of His Presence is now on the inside of us…changing us in ways that we don’t even realise.
That’s what’s happening in you right now as a New Creature.
Your job is to simply believe that this is happening, and yield to the Presence of God that is in you right now.
