Because you don’t believe

So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. – Hebrews 3:19

The biggest Giant keeping you out of the land, is the fact that you don’t believe.

It isn’t the lack of time or money or allies or resources or opportunities or encouragement or any of the things that keep blocking your way.

No. The problem is that you don’t believe what God placed in you.

You know it’s there, and you are friendly towards it – you really want the best for it.

But that’s not enough.

You have to believe…you have to pistis: confidence and full persuasion.

No “reasonable doubt” regarding what you carry. The jury of your soul has to give a unanimous verdict regarding the true potential that you carry.

Not the potential that they think you have (no matter who they are). But the real you who is screaming to be released into the world and given the chance to succeed or fail on the basis of who it really is.

You don’t need more help, you just need more belief.

And the way you build up your belief into a full-blown conviction…is to tell yourself what you believe, all throughout the day.

Speak to yourself. Do daily and nightly affirmations. Talk about who you really are. Talk about what you can really do (even if you can’t prove it yet).

And drip by drip, day by day, you’ll find your inner image transforming into the picture that God has of you.

Remember: “…in it shall you meditate day and night.” (Joshua 1:8)
