Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise! – Proverbs 6:6
Think winter in summer…and think summer in winter.
Sleep when they’re awake and be awake when they’re asleep.
Push forward when they hold back, and hold back when they push forward.
Take a bold risk when they’re playing it safe…and play it safe when they’re taking a bold risk.
Yes, there’s nuance, commonsense and so-called “exceptions to the rule”.
But part of the wisdom of the ant is to intentionally keep your mindset out of step with the masses.
(Do not be conformed to this world…Romans 12:1)
Think winter in summer, and act accordingly.
